Anilatmaja Aryasomayajula is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Mathematics at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Tirupati. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Indian Statistical Institute, Bengaluru, in 2005, and pursued the ALGANT Master’s programme in Mathematics at the University of Padova, Italy, and the University of Leiden, Netherlands (2005–2007). He earned his Ph.D. from Humboldt University of Berlin in 2013 as part of the Berlin Mathematical School. His research interests lie in automorphic forms and complex geometry, with a particular focus on sub-convexity estimates of automorphic forms using techniques from complex geometry.
